We want you to love your sheepskin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the natural wool is protected during the return process.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the sheepskin is not compressed or folded in a way that damages the natural fibers.

Attach Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the returned sheepskin, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
